THINGS TO KNOW before applying:
Thank you for taking the time to apply as a vendor with Piper & Chloe! We LOVE our vendors, and feel so much excitement and satisfaction as we watch your products and shops take off!
The shop owners of many of your favorite local shops & boutiques, scout our show to find the fresh, original looks our vendors are so great at producing, so it is a great opportunity to get your name and company out there in the spotlight! We celebrate your hard work, your creative genius and talent. Thank you for your application!
Please note that we are exclusively a HANDMADE event.
In order to stay true to the aesthetic that we are so well-loved for; (a vintage inspired, hip little boutique), we do not allow for much overlap within our show. Therefore, there will be a very limited number of vendors selling the same items.
The fees for the Spring Showcase 2012 are as follows:
- Entrance fee for our spring showcase is $45. This fee is non-refundable.
- Commission fee is 18% of your total sales.
- Optional blog feature is $10.
Our blog receives a tremendous amount of traffic in the weeks preceding and following the show. It is a great opportunity to give your products lots of additional exposure, as well as direct target clients right to your shop or blog.
Each vendor is allotted a 6’ x 2 1/2’ space. We encourage variety and creativity in your display. We love to see cute furniture (tables, chairs, etc.) used for your display. If using a folding table, it must be covered – no exposed legs. Large wire rack displays are discouraged. The Piper & Chloe Spring Showcase will be held in Salt Lake City this Spring. The location is adjacent to the DS Furniture Showroom, located at 2140 South 300 West.

BY SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Arrive on time for set up and take down. (You will be notified of these times by April 1st.) Please note you will be charged a $25 late fee if you arrive outside the scheduled time.
2. Have your inventory marked securely and clearly with your vendor number. Piper & Chloe is not responsible for items with ineligible handwriting or lost tags.
3. Piper & Chloe assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged inventory. Although rest assured, we take great care to monitor all displays very carefully throughout the entire show.

For your blog feature please include:
-a short write up about your shop/products, what inspires you, how you got started, etc. (3-5 sentences is a good length.)
-links to your shop and/or blog
-3-5 pictures. Your pictures will need to be “blog-worthy!” Which means really crisp, nice looking photos.
-if you would like to use your feature as a giveaway, you are more than welcome to, but it is certainly not required.
